FAQ
What can’t go in the dumpster?
A: We ask you not put any liquids that are not in a sealed container, no hazardous materials of any kind, no electronics unless specified in rental agreement, no appliances, no dirt or concrete, no tires unless agreed upon by R&H prior to delivery. Any items listed above my result in additional charges.
What if I need more time?
A: We ask you contact us 24-hrs before your scheduled pickup if more time is needed. You will be charged $20/day for anything longer than your original rental agreement. We will do our best to accommodate you based upon availability.
What happens if I go over the 3 ton limit?
A: If you go over the 3 ton limit you will be notified ASAP and be charged a one time fee on top of your original rental price.
What type of items do you remove?
A: Old Appliances, Furniture, Carpet, Mattresses, Trash, Scrap Metal, Hot Tubs, Junk Cars (title required), Hot Tubs, Storgae Unit Clean Outs, and much more.
